Payment Information
Order Confirmation: All initial orders will be submitted on the Order Form provided by JazzyDogs.com. Payment in full is required for order processing to begin. All of our payments are processed by paypal. VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER and ELECTRONIC CHECK are all accepted. You do not have to register with paypal to complete your transaction. Instead of logging into paypal choose Don't have a PayPal account. From there you can pay without having a paypal account. Your payment information is not stored with paypal.
Shipping and Tax Information
Freight & Taxes: All prices exclude taxes. If you are located in Texas State there will be a sales tax of 8.25% collected. All shipping/handling charges will be paid by customer and same will be reflected in invoice.
Order Cancellation Information
Cancellation: Non-custom items can be cancelled or returned. Cancellation of non-custom orders may be made before a ship notification is sent. After item is shipped you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom items can be cancelled up to 6 hours after order is placed. Once work has begun on your item there is no refunds or cancellations. Refunds can only be made on customized orders if an error was made by us.
Order Fulfillment Information
Lead Time: Most of our items are custom made. We do have most items on hand however some sizes may be in production. Non-custom in stock items will ship within 24 hours if received Monday – Thursday. Order received on the weekends and Fridays will ship on the following Monday.
Customized items will ship within 5-10 days of the day order placed. This is just an estimate; we do strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Returns/Claims
Custom Orders - returns will be accepted in the case of defective materials only. Claim items must be received by our office not later than twenty (20) days after shipping accompanied with RMA # from our office. Shipments will be denied if not accompanied with RMA #. RMA requests must be made within (8) days of receiving your order
Non-Custom Order- returns must be received by our office not later than twenty (20) days after shipping accompanied with RMA # from our office. Shipments will be denied if not accompanied with RMA #. RMA requests must be made within (8) days of receiving your order.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded.
